Description Position at MacAllister Machinery

 Position Summary

This position will perform mechanical services on compact tractors and landscape/turf equipment. This includes but is not limited to the troubleshooting, repairing, and inspection of equipment.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair compact tractors and landscape/turf equipment, with emphasis on small enginesEnsure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently; service reports, allocation of time, and tracking parts charged and returnedMaintains customer satisfaction by ensuring customer needs and deadlines are metComplete all scheduled repairs in a safe and efficient mannerEnsure equipment and parts areas are in excellent, safe operating conditionAdheres to all safety rules and maintains quality housekeeping in shop areaMaintains equipment and supplies to avoid waste, prevent accidents, and damage to personnel and equipment

Supervisory Responsibilities:

No formal supervisory responsibilities

Position Requirements

Required

High School Diploma or GED4 years or more of experience with small engines, landscape equipment

Preferred

Kubota/Exmark certified or equivalent6 years or more experience with Kubota/Exmark equipment
