**Responsibilities:** Data Entry and Validation: + Accurately input data/documents from the SPRA tool into the EP tool. + Validate data for accuracy and completeness to ensure error-free migration. + Perform data reconciliation between the two systems to identify and resolve discrepancies. Process Documentation: + Document the data entry process, including any specific rules or mappings used during data transfer. + Maintain up-to-date records of data entry activities and any issues encountered. Collaboration: + Work closely with the financial analysis and reporting teams to understand data requirements and timelines. + Collaborate with IT and system administrators to troubleshoot technical issues related to data transfer. Compliance and Security: + Ensure adherence to data governance policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols. + Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
