Responsibilities
Execute operation procedures within the cell based on Overhaul Maintenance Manual
Utilize machines/ equipment/ tools to carry out disassembly and assembly functions of engines, its associated modules, parts, components or accessories.
Solve technical issues and problems as appropriate when encounter in their daily work.
Actively support and participate in EHS and Continuous Improvement and Ethics culture projects and any other corporate initiatives.
Assist the Operations Leaders in their daily operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline.
Carry out SAP transaction and make necessary changes to works order in SAP.
Carry out proper documentation.
Carry out any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any other related discipline.
Minimum 2 years work experience in disassembly/assembly or test in aviation industry.
Internal applicant must be in current grade for at least 2 years prior to higher grade application.
Able to display Continuous Improvement competencies.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management.
Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of technical drawing.
Highly motivated with a strong drive for success.
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Able to multi-task, work under pressure and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
