Position Summary

 

Performs general and routine cleaning to ensure an orderly and clean environment. Manages work processes, quality service, and cost in a manner consistent with customer satisfaction. Able to Performs additional duties as requested. Interacts with patients and families based on knowledge of periods of growth and development.

 

Minimum Requirements

 

 

Education            Required: None   Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent

 

Experience         Required: 0-1   Preferred: 1-3

 

 

Required Licenses/Registrations/Certifications

 

 

Able to read and write Able to speak English Basic mathematical skill

 

 

Core Job Responsibilities

 

Ensures rooms are always dust free by daily dusting of windowsills, blinds, beds, TVs, and vents Ensures floors are clean by daily mopping and damp mopping. Empties trash daily to ensure no patient complaints. Clean all walls, mirrors, etc. per policy to prevent dirt spots As assigned cleans classroom, boardroom, offices, utility rooms, and exam rooms. May perform floor maintenance including but not limited to dusting, mopping, stripping and or waxing floors.
