Responsibilities:
Manufacture, assemble, and test New Glenn (GS1) First Stage Booster according to written proceduresSetup new production work areas, including tooling and equipmentAssist with the transition from development to production, including the first articlesPerform second-party verifications and hardware inspections of engineering models, drawings, specifications, and written proceduresTroubleshoot, diagnose, and correct malfunctions by modification, rework, repair, and/or maintenancePerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurrence controlOperate various material handling equipment including forklifts, overhead cranes, aerial lifts, flight vehicle and subassembly transportation equipment, truck-trailer combinations, and other ground support equipment as requiredSetup and operate a wide range of precision calibrated tools including, but not limited to, torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, laser trackers, height gauges, and optical measuring instrumentsIdentify and implement continuous improvement projects for area safety and efficiencyPerform routine maintenance functions such as daily clean-up of work areas to support 5S, FOD, and ESDAbility to work off-shift, extended overtime, and weekends if/when vitalOther duties as assigned or otherwise beneficial to fulfilling the mission and visionWork collaboratively with teams of diverse skills, fields, and backgroundAbility to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusionQualifications:
8+years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, or another relevant fieldExperience in at least one of the following is required: fluids and tubing install, instrumentation, and electrical harness routing, general Aerospace/Launch vehicle assemblyInterpret engineering models, drawings, specifications, written work instructions, and test proceduresWork collaboratively with teams of diverse skills, fields, and backgroundsCommunicate clearly and appropriately, in writing and personBasic digital literacy such as Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.Climb ladders/stairs and work in small, restricted areasWork at Heights on work stands and in liftsPerform repetitive work, including lifting of items up to 35lbsAbility to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylumDesired:

Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.
