This position of Technician II is part of the Standard Desalt Value Stream located in Morrisville, NC and will be onsite. At IDT, we are one global team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Perform manufacturing tasks to transform raw materials into final products + Operate instruments in the laboratory that are necessary to complete tasks utilizing SOPs and work instructions, both general and customer-specific + Support daily management by driving to root cause and suggesting countermeasures The essential requirements for this job include: + US High School diploma or GED + Proficiency with computer skills with the ability to accurately use SOPs and work instructions It would be a plus if you also possess: + Bachelor’s degree and life sciences laboratory experience + Performing under stress when confronted with emergent, critical, or unusual, or situation in which working speed and sustained attention are make-or-break aspects of the job + Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
