Technician II
Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Technician who will be responsible for routine maintenance support to the operations departments in a highly automated environment. This person will be responsible for troubleshooting mechanical, electronic, and electrical industrial equipment for a designated department within the plant. Day to Day:  Assists other Technicians in the repair and maintenance of equipment.  Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings (e.g., blueprints, electronic/mechanical schematics) and diagnostic tools (e.g., multi-meter, laptop)  Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot & repair electrical, electronic systems, control and components of industrial machines, tools, and production/utility equipment.  Diagnose, repair, and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment. Including but not limited to seals, gaskets and bearings on motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, etc.  Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical/electronic problems with equipment, networks, PC logic controls, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and external Input/Output (I/O) devices where the repair is not immediately visible or obvious.
