**Aircraft Structures Mechanic III Position Summary**
The **Aircraft Structures Mechanic III** role is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates of Technical or A&P schools, as well as mechanics with fewer than five years of heavy aircraft experience.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Perform basic maintenance tasks under supervision.
+ Proficiently use FAA-approved data, such as IPC, M/M, OHM, and SRM.
+ Ensure work adheres to high-quality standards.
+ Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
**Education and/or Experience:**
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
+ Must have a minimum of 1 year related experience and/or training.
+ May or may not have an A and/or P license, FCC license, or repairman's certificate.
+ Some sheet metal experience (including relative experience outside of Aviation).
+ Must possess and be able to skillfully use the minimum tools required.
+ 6 months Helper experience with successful completion of 40-hour Sheetmetal class.
+ Candidates without experience in Aviation Sheetmetal must successfully complete 120 hours of General Aviation Training (OJT).
+ Must possess the ability to learn.
