Job Description:

High school diploma or GED
Post-high school training in any form of Computer-Aided drafting and design
Aptitude for and interest in computer technologies in the creation of roadways and other types of physical infrastructure
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with colleagues 
Highly motivated self-starter with initiative to learn 
Ability to work independently within a team environment
Must be able to operate a company vehicle
Occasional travel will be required
Must be able to work 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed
Must be dependable and reliable
