Follow PPE requirements and act as a champion for safety within your department.** **Demonstrate a high level of detail.** **Exhibit knowledge and understanding of Quality practices and showcase them in your work.** **Possess an acumen to identify discrepancies in documentation and products.** **Hands on assembly experience with ability to solder, troubleshoot, diagnose and articulate common issues.** **Partner with Sustaining Engineering in efforts to redesign/troubleshoot and validate product.Sufficiently cross trained on multiple assemblies.** **Capability to comprehend and follow work instructions, build to blueprints, schematics or drawings with little to no supervision.** **Abide by and reflect ITW values and Behaviors – Integrity, Respect, Trust, Shared Risk and Simplicity** **Desire to learn from and work with a team of high performing individuals.Willing and able to commit to be an integral part of a successful team** **Daily interaction with Instron Business Systems (IFS, Agile, Testing Software).** **Regular interactions with Engineering to aid in troubleshooting issues, updating work instructions, etc.** **Engage with Purchasing and Quality when needed for part issues or non-conformities.**
