Job Summary:

Our client in Princeton, IN is looking for a Technician Paint Seibi. This is a contract position.

What you’ll be doing:  

Online robot programming: Sealer, UBC, and Dampening.  Run trials and adjust parameters.  Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards. Off line robot programming:Use simulation software to perform reach studies and cycle time analysis.  Knowledge of Fanuc Paint Pro and Kawasaki Carott3 programming software. Evaluate Quality:Use elco-meters, wave-scan and X-Rite. Create Hand Over Documents:Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC’s. Effective communications: Must be able to use Microsoft Office and communicate with the written word.

Preferred:

Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications.Experience with Kawasaki Robots, Fanuc Robots (programming and problem troubleshooting).Experience with Digital Engineering.Additional related certifications.Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
