Job Summary

The Technician - Slots oversees the repair, maintain and monitor of all electronic gaming devices (EGDs) and assist in casino floor activities as business demands.

Essential Functions Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members. Ensure department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures. Safeguard, maintain, repair and monitors all electronic gaming devices (EGDs). Directly participate in machine moves and conversions. Run and analyze machine reports with the ability to explain any inconsistencies. Knowledge of all promotions and events. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent. Knowledge of mechanics required. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills. Physical Requirements Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations. Respond to visual and aural cues. Read, write, speak, and understand English. Able to work flexible shifts. Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations. Environmental Working Conditions

The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
