Job Summary

As a Surveillance Technician, you will support the overall integrity of gaming as well as the protection of all guests, employees, and Company assets.

Essential Functions Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations Monitor the overall integrity of the video and access control network, server deployment, security, and connectivity throughout the LAN (Local Area Network) infrastructure. Assist in the design, deployment, and installation of video and access control infrastructure, fringe device upgrades, additions, and expansions Perform maintenance, repairs, and replacements of cameras, servers, desktop workstations, printers, routers, encoders, switches, archivers, storage arrays, and fringe devices such as cameras, access control hardware, cabling, and handheld radio units Advise and assist in the procurement of new hardware Roll out new software installs/patches Monitor the performance of the video and access control network Assist in a preventative maintenance program to mitigate technical equipment failure-related risks Manage static stock inventory of technical equipment and supplies Manage and maintain the facility radio system Assist with the surveillance systems user training program of surveillance supervisors and operators Comply with confidentiality regulations regarding all surveillance information, including camera coverage, investigations, and proprietary material Perform duties as surveillance operator as needed Protect the overall integrity of gaming at the casino All other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board Must be a high school graduate or equivalent Must have above-average math skills Must have strong organizational and decision-making abilities Must have excellent customer and employee relations skills Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weeknights, weekends, and holiday Physical Requirements Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods of time Frequently required to define color Occasionally required to work at heights above 10 feet high Frequently required to lift items up to 25 pounds Frequently required to reach overhead Occasionally required to work in confined, small areas for long periods of time Environmental Working Conditions

The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
