Responsibilities: ... Visually inspect components and assemblies to ensure conformance with product standards.
Review and understand electrical and mechanical test procedures.
Operate and maintain test equipment.
Collect and analyze test data to evaluate product quality.
Execute test programs on schedule in collaboration with engineers and third-party test labs.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a test lab environment.

Familiarity with industry test standards (e.g., EIA, MIL-STD).
Experience using general electrical test equipment such as power supplies and multimeters.
Experience with soldering and wiring.
Experience working in an aerospace testing and quality environment.
Good manual dexterity for assembling small and intricate parts.
