**Location:** Laval, Quebec, Canada
CTG has an opening in a long term contract for a Canon Printer Technician to work on site in Laval, Québec.
This job is supporting government departments so proper work authorization is required.
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Field Copier Technician specializing in Canon printers to join our service team in Laval, Quebec. This is a field-based role focused on providing exceptional service to our customers within the Laval area and surrounding regions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Troubleshoot and repair Canon office equipment, including copiers, printers, and fax machines.
+ Deliver high-quality technical support and excellent customer service.
+ Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
+ Develop solutions for complex or unusual technical challenges.
+ Manage time, tools, and resources efficiently while covering your designated service territory.
**Qualifications:**
+ Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
+ Previous experience servicing Canon printers is preferred.
+ Experience with other office equipment brands (e.g., Ricoh, HP, Xerox) is an asset but not required.
+ Basic computer skills; familiarity with troubleshooting software and network issues is a plus.
+ Ability to work independently and manage a field service schedule.
