MISSIONS :

Le Technicien Maintenance est garant du bon fonctionnement des équipements. Il réalise les interventions de premiers niveaux sur le bâtiment. Il reporte au Superviseur Maintenance.

RESPONSABILITÉS / TÂCHES

Analyser les pannes et la mise en place d’actions correctivesAssurer le dépannage et l’entretien de systèmes automatisés et des autres moyens de productionContacter les supports techniques si besoin (hotline constructeur, etc.)Réaliser la maintenance préventive en fonction des préconisations constructeurRéalisation et mise en place des demandes d’Intervention des services générauxIntervenir sur les dysfonctionnements bâtiment identifiés et remonter les problématiques à la hiérarchie maintenanceRéalisation suivant les procédures en place des contrôles hebdomadaires réguliersGérer le stock de pièces détachéesAccueillir les prestataires de maintenance et remonter toutes les anomalies lors de leurs interventionsAssister techniquement les Responsables d’Atelier ou les opérateursAider à la formation du personnelPrésenter les spécificités techniques aux utilisateurs et les accompagner dans la prise en main de l’équipementParticiper avec les Services Opérationnels à l’amélioration de la productivité des postesParticiper à des groupes de travail
