You participate in achieving the department's objectives and are the guarantor of customer satisfaction in your region and the brand image conveyed. **You are the guarantor of the deployment of the group's values with our customers and its team:** + Proximity (i.e. customer focus, empathy, clarity and friendliness) + Professionalism (reliability and transparency, which translate into availability, proactive communication and assistance) + Responsiveness (including processing time, service provided and relevance of solutions deployed according to needs) + Company branding; **Your profile:** + You ideally have experience in the industrial environment; + You benefit from solid skills in electricity, mechanics, electromechanics, automation and pneumatics and ideally from the product portfolio (lubricated screw compressors, OilFree and air treatment equipment); + You know how to read a plan and a technical diagram; + You have mastered the IT tools essential to your position (Office Pack, Outlook, CRM, etc.); + You have at least some knowledge of English; + You have a Class B license + You are able to travel daily to visit your clients (sometimes overnight stays are necessary) **Key Skills:** **To successfully carry out your mission, we expect you to:** + Organize your work week according to the schedule received from your Manager; + Carry out simple preventive and curative maintenance operations, according to the instructions received, in compliance with the company's safety rules and those in force on customer sites (Prevention Plan); + Carry out tests and trials on the revised equipment to ensure that it is working properly; + Analyze technical problems with the help of key technicians and inform customers, if necessary, write expert reports; + Provide a prevention, information and recommendation service to customers; + Repair or replace faulty system components + Offer and/or promote sales of services, parts and materials to customers. + Send the administrative documents requested from you (Prevention Plan, intervention report, KPI, etc.); + Provide basic knowledge of our products to customers; + Carry out your tasks in compliance with legal and internal safety rules; + Register equipment in manufacturers' extended warranty programs and monitor all procedures required for a request for warranty support (photo, breakdown description, measurements, etc.) allowing acceptance of the latter. **To succeed, you will need:** + Knowing how to work in a team with kindness, perspective, accuracy, + Have a sense of customer service, + Know how to work in good harmony with other departments, + Have good interpersonal skills, very good contact, + Have analytical and synthesis skills, + Be organized, have a sense of priorities, + Be autonomous and responsive in your decision-making, actions and responses, + Be comfortable with IT tools **What we offer:** + Internal mobility and development within the group + Social Benefits: Mutual Insurance, CSE Social Works, distribution of free shares, etc. + 12 days of “RTT” per year + Restaurant vouchers + A friendly working environment If you want to take on new challenges, change your environment and if you think that your profile is in line with our research, join us!
