Identification of potential bidders who meet the requirements (using Company vendor database, Supply market analysis or recommendations from other teams)
Preparation of the Request for Proposal (RFP) document in Ariba
Organizing and planning pre-bid meeting based on the queries and communication requirements from vendors and follow-up for the offer.
Technical and Commercial bid evaluation of vendors
Conducting fact-based negotiations with shortlisted bidders and organizing E auctions
Preparation of Note for Approval (NFA) in Ariba for selected bidder (vendor) and obtaining required approvals as per DoA
Contract Preparation and Order Placement in SAP
Post Order Management, Contract amendments and closure.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of vendors after they have been awarded contracts.
Efficiently handle and settle any claims made by vendors, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
Regularly update and maintain the database of consultants, contractors, and suppliers relevant to various project types to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil Engineering
Experience: 3-6 Years of Experience
