The purpose of this role is to facilitate the implementation and maintenance of systems by performing in-depth analysis of intricate business process requirements and offering suitable system solutions. This includes identifying, interpreting, validating, and documenting requirements. Additionally, the role may involve conducting workshops to gather business and functional requirements.

The role also encompasses assisting in legacy systems integrations, data migration, and advancing reporting requirements and development.

• Implement data fixes and migrate data from current to future state systems.
• Creating data transformation scripts and remapping to target systems.
• Understand and document business processes and workflows.
• Identify gaps in current processes and propose improvements.
• Generate output files for integration into target future state systems.
• Integrate various new software/products/platforms with existing systems.
• Developing RESTful Web Service APIs and integrations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement solutions that meet business needs and align with company strategy.
• Support system integration and user acceptance testers during these testing phases.
• Ensure system performance and reliability through regular monitoring and updates.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.
• Research and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with technical experts to develop solutions for identified gaps.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Conduct system integration test cases and conducting functional, technical, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with brand and functional users to gather and define functional requirements.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
