With our global reach, we ensure the global supply chain has access to the Flash memory it needs to keep our world moving forward. **Job Description** **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Be responsible for PDT representation for specific product lines and responsible for NAND Product and Package Manufacturing Test design from concept, NPI to MP Transition. + Work closely with several cross-functional teams related to ASIC and FW development, Memory Readiness, System Compatibility, Planning and Operations, Quality and Reliability, and Test Engineering to develop and debug test methodologies through all phases of product development and Manufacturing. + Be responsible for NAND Product and Package Qualification/Reliability test setup/eFA/Action Plan. + Be responsible for achieving yield & test time targets across all phases of development and mass production. + Product Evaluation DOE for Reliability/DPPM improvement, wafer test and unit test yield improvement. + Run test time analysis to define cost effective test method in order to reach short test time and high test coverage. + Define/improve test method to deal with new product introduced to mass production and marketing. + Provide test solutions to manufacturing, drive yield improvement and test time reduction for cost savings, and perform test support FA using various testers and test equipment, logic analyzers, oscilloscope and PC based testers and software. + Manage & maintain a comprehensive bug tracking system for NAND, controller, and firmware related issues as well as a compilation of lessons learned. + Deliver a world class throughput time on test development to reach the most effective way of sample delivery TPT (Throughput Time). + Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate priorities and initiatives, troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Create and maintain various technical documents to assist with supporting, training, and educating various groups within WD + Demonstrate right mindset and leadership in advocating the principle of local ownership and global accountability. + Identify, train and mentor local team members and a potential local successor within assignment duration period. **Qualifications** REQUIRED: + Current employees at Level 108/109 working in Product Engineering & related functions. + Experience as a technical lead or experience in working with cross-functional team is a must. + Experienced with NAND, Controller, SSD Protocols (PCIe/NVMe) & Firmware is a must. + Experienced in using ATE equipment (Advantest, Teradyne etc.) and in-house test platforms is a must. PREFERRED: + Prior experience as a PDT lead would be a plus. + Knowledge and understanding of business unit strategic goals is a plus. SKILLS: + Ability to troubleshoot, analyze complex problems, multi-task and meet deadline. + The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic and limited resource environment. + Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), planning, organizational and problem-solving skills. **Additional Information** Sandisk thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
