Job Description
Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging procedures. Explain procedures and processes to patients. Perform specialized and routine diagnostic radiology procedures. Maintain a safe, healthy, and professional work environment. Review images for proper identification and quality control. Maintain required documentation pertaining to x-ray imaging. Perform Medical Assistant duties such as taking vital signs, health history, and managing EMR.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Neptune City, New Jersey.
Work Environment
Shifts: 40 hours Mon-Fri and every other weekend (Sat + Sun). Sat and Sun are 8-4PM. If working a weekend, you will get a day off during the week. Example schedule: 8-hour shift Sunday, 1-8 hour shift in week and 2-12 hour shifts in week. Rough environment: patients and staff can be rough around the edges. Urgent care setting requiring good customer service skills. Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs., push and pull a minimum of 50 lbs., and stand a minimum of 6 hours a day. First day expectations: Go through epic training before stepping onsite, get computer access, work front desk for 2 days, clinical 1 day, and x-ray training for 4 hours with Lead X-ray Tech in Piscataway, NJ for 1 day.
