Do you have a passion for unleashing the power of data and transforming it into actionable insights to drive business success? If so, join the Asurion team as a ServiceBench Service Intelligence (SI) Technical Analyst and help our clients make empowered, data-driven decisions!


The SI Technology Analyst 2 will work with ServiceBench clients to identify reporting and analytical requirements to address business problem statements using MicroStrategy, independently developing functional and technical specifications, and working with the SI development team to ensure the solution meets the business requirements.


ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/DUTIES:
• Collaborate with external clients to understand their business needs and data requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications including SQL examples, data mappings, relational diagrams, and source-to-target mapping
• Design SI solutions using dashboards, dossiers, reports, etc.
• Work with the client account teams to get a deeper, holistic understanding of the client’s business and their usage of the ServiceBench application to support their business
• Work with the SI development team to ensure proper understanding and interpretation of business and technical requirements
• Perform testing to ensure solution accuracy and data integrity
• Provide technical support and training to clients on how to use the SI solutions and MicroStrategy effectively
• Proactively perform data analysis to identify trends and insights beneficial to ServiceBench clients’ business
• Manage timely delivery of SI solutions
• Some travel required (up to 3 times a year; a couple of days each occurrence)

SKILLS:
Technical skills:
• Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization
• Familiarity with SQL or other programming languages used in data analysis
• Excellent problem solving and written and oral communication skills
• Experience working with external clients
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields
• 1-3 years’ experience, and strong knowledge of BI tools and technologies, preferably MicroStrategy
