Fiserv’s Technology Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assignments within one specific track over a 2 - 2.5-year time period. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience within Fintech and unique to you! We are looking for recent university graduates with drive, enthusiasm, and an evolving target for their careers. What does a successful Technology Analyst Program - UX/Product Design do?
As a member of the UX/Product Design track within the Technology Analyst Program, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the intricate and evolving world of user experience design. You'll become an integral part of the design team, learning to blend creativity with data-driven insights to shape user-friendly interfaces. Together with your team, you’ll pioneer solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement across Fiserv’s digital products.
What you will do:
Work closely with the design team to assist in creating user-centered designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups, while participating in brainstorming sessions and design critiques.
Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, helping to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
Assist in documenting design processes, user personas, and journey maps, and present findings and design concepts to team members and stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.
Help maintain and contribute to the design system and style guides, ensuring consistency across digital products and supporting the team in adhering to established design standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design, actively seeking feedback and opportunities for professional development throughout the internship.
What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree completed in December 2023 or more recently.
3.0+ GPA.
0-2 years of professional work experience.
Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, gathering insights and analyzing data to inform design decisions.
Experience creating wireframes and prototypes using design tools (such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision).
An understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities.
Unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Salary Range
$55,600.00 - $93,700.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
