About the role: 

To reinforce our product solutions teams in EMEA, we are looking for a Prophet product specialist, who has a strong functional expertise in various products within the PMCS suite, their configuration and implementation to meet various client requirements. In addition, the person needs to have a passion for solving problems and great communication skills.

About the team:  

Our team is dedicated to PMCS. We provide a managed service offering for Prophet and Capital Markets.  We are primarily responsible for new client onboarding and upgrades for PMCS clients. Team skills include but are not limited to Project mgmt., Cloud, Prophet product and testing.

We are a small team and maximise our advantage of size with agility, collaboration and a high level of individual ownership. Our success is measured by delivering an exceptional client service.

What you will do:

Design and lead the implementation of PMCS projects including analysis, design, development, testingSupport the go live and cut over for PMCS clientsSupport the sales team with PMCS functionality for new/existing clientsImplement new features of Prophet/PMCS based on client requirementsOwn the implementation for the customer from analysis till go-liveWork with clients and guide them on how to maximise their Roi by using a various different product features.  Conduct customer training and workshops as required.Writing documentation for upgrades, installation, maintenance and use of automation solutions.Provide ongoing support post go live, either in hypercare and beyond to ensure great client experienceWork closely with ITOps and Client Services teams for any production issuesManage and deliver functional as well as technical aspects of projects and handle multiple projects in parallel.

Expertise in PMCS (Prophet Professional and Prophet enterprise)Expertise in PMCS implementation lifecycleExperience in implementing PMCS for global clientsAttitude to learn new technologies and apply the same for FIS customersAbility to understand customer pain pointsExcellent communication skills
