Total 3+ years of proven experience with Functional testing, System Testing and & Acceptance Testing (Alpha and beta Testing)• Total 2+ years of Agile and Scrum experience
• Total 1+ years of Automation testing of web/windows-based applications and backend systems.Ability to work in second shift (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM), weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled.ISTQB certified (Foundation and Agile) - Good to haveUnderstanding of SDLC models- Waterfall & Agile and Testing Life Cycle.Experience working in Agile and Scrum- Understand Scrum, Sprint lifecycle, Scrum artifacts, Scrum ceremonies.Experience on Test Management tool- ALM and other tools- JIRA, SQL Developer etc.Hands on experience with test automation using Selenium.)Have an understanding of Core Java & SQL.Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.Knowledge and understanding of user acceptance testingAbility to be proactive, innovative and creative in satisfying customer and enterprise needAbility to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
