Test Centre Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Test Centre Manager to oversee our testing operations. This role is critical in ensuring the successful testing of customer products, technology, and process capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Testing Operations:Conduct regular testing of customer products and technologies to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.Develop and implement testing protocols and methodologies to enhance process capabilities.Customer Engagement:Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding testing services, providing clear explanations of processes and results.Stakeholder Management:Navigate a variety of stakeholder relationships, including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support application approval and risk mitigation efforts.Data Analysis and ReportingBudget Management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Proven experience in a testing or quality assurance role, preferably within a technology or manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of testing methodologies, data analysis, and process improvement.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship management.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
