In this role, you'll play a crucial part in training and supporting our employees, helping them develop the technological skills they need to succeed.

A Day in the Life

In this role you would be responsible for providing comprehensive training for new and existing employees, ensuring they acquire essential technological skills. Conducting training evaluations to assess learning outcomes and effectiveness. Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Office suite developments and teach relevant skills to staff. You will need to possess a general understanding of ChatGPT and CoPilot. Along with other legal programs, including new Client/Matter intake process, NetDocs, Litera, VisionSQL, iTimeKeep, etc. You will prepare virtual learning environments ahead of training sessions to optimize learning experiences. Maintain proficiency in legal-specific software applications to support firm operations. Address and resolve document and user remediation issues escalated from the Help Desk. Develop curriculum outlines, e-learning modules, and instructor notes to support training initiatives. Assist in creating and updating all training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.

 

Additionaly you will be responsible for undertaking special projects as assigned, leveraging your technological expertise. Collaborate effectively with a diverse group of timekeepers, supervisors, and staff through various communication channels.

We Know You

We are looking for a candidate with specialized certification in relevant technologies is advantageous. A solid understanding of IT department practices, procedures, and systems. Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues independently. Effective communication skills to facilitate positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
