At EY, we are expanding our Microsoft cloud practice and specifically building our Technology Consulting (TC) team. Due to this expansion, we are seeking to recruit high achieving Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Technical Consultant to be part of our growing business and to support us in our NextWave Strategy.
The opportunity
By joining the Technology Consulting team as a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Technical Consultant, you will be helping our clients with configuration, customization, and integration of Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Services, Field Services and Marketing).
You will be required to be ‘hands-on’ with technologies to configure/customize/extend required features for clients, perform demos and proof of concept. You will be a natural bridge between consultants and clients, especially when projects are starting up. With your great interpersonal and presentation skills, you establish relationships quickly.

We are recruiting Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Technical Consultant primarily at Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager levels. We are seeking individuals with significant client-side experience or individuals who have gained project and technology delivery experience within large recognised organisations. We have extensive team growth plans in place with significant opportunities for candidates with drive and ambition to progress their career at pace.
Your key responsibilities
For Power Platform: Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, PowerApps Portals / Power Pages, Power BI, and Power Automate.
For Dynamics 365 CE: One or more of the following: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Omnichannel, Customer Voice.
Experience integrating with other MS technologies (Microsoft 365 Office 365, SharePoint, C#/ Web Development / Azure)
Web development and backend programming: HTML, Javascript and related frameworks, CSS, C#, .NET Framework in general
Experience writing Plugins, PCF controls, Actions, Custom Activity Assemblies, Form Automation using Javascript, Web Resources
Complete development of solutions; including building Plug-ins, custom workflow assembly, form programming (scripting) and utilising third-party products.
Excellent communication - demonstrated experience standing in front of a room to either identify and collect requirements or to guide training and help users become confident working with the latest technology
Always keeping current with the latest releases and updates in Dynamics technologies
Exposure to enterprise planning and delivery tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
Agile Software Development experience
Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions that leverages the most innovative Microsoft technologies
Recognise any inconsistency, assumptions and identify critical elements.
Use your knowledge and the Microsoft collective knowledge to identify and propose the best possible solution for the Customer.
Key contributors during Project implementation, from the requirements analysis, system configuration, gaps definition, test enablement to the go-live support

To qualify for the role you must have
3-5 years of experience in D365/Power Platform configuration and development.
Good understanding of D365 CE & Power Platform capabilities, integration methods & implementation practices including the Common Data Model of D365/Power Platform.
Experience developing Microsoft D365/Power Platform ideally in a Consultancy role or similar.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Should have experience in using Azure DevOps
Excellent communication skills along with good analysis and documentation skills

Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Microsoft Certifications
