Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets.

Team Leadership:

Lead project teams and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Resolve conflicts and facilitate collaboration among team members.

Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, risks, and issues. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met.

Risk and Issue Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Manage and resolve project issues as they arise.

Quality Control:

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements. Implement quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Budget Management:

Monitor and control project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met. Track expenditures and report on financial performance to stakeholders.

Change Management:

Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs through formal change control processes. Ensure all changes are documented, approved, and communicated to relevant parties.

Project Closure:

Coordinate the completion of project deliverables and ensure all project documentation is finalized and archived. Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and best practices.

 

Key Requirements:

Thai nationality / Thai speaker only

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or any related fields. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Practitioner may be preferred. Experience in project management, including a track record of successful project delivery.

Skills:

Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
