Technology Delivery Manager / Business Analyst Specialist, TD Securities

TDS Veritas is also the strategic storage and compute infrastructure for numerous business-aligned products used by front office users as well as risk management functions in the Investment Bank. These products include many user-facing applications used for real-time risk, scenario risk, electronic trading, and scalable data analytics and are utilized by a variety of users including traders, desk managers, risk managers, and sales teams. Within the wider platform team, the TDS Veritas Platform Data Engineering team is responsible for sourcing and curating Trade, Market Data and Reference Data for a wide variety of use cases. Our team has been tasked to build data pipelines and capabilities to help transform the bank and empower our users (Front Office Traders, Risk Managers, Operations and more) to better explore and understand large datasets. **Job description** Reporting to Director of Platform Data Acquisition, the successful candidate will oversee a team of Business Analysts and Developers with accountability for managing, maintaining, and delivering the data pipelines that help populate two of TDS' Strategic Datastores. Provide leadership, direction, and balance between meeting immediately project timelines and aligning the team with to meet/exceed our strategic goals and business objectives. The ideal candidate is experienced in working in Capital Markets and understands the Trade, Market Data and /or Reference Data domains. They must have experience with OTC derivative products. They must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems, and products. The right candidate will be excited by partnering up with our Tech Leads to run a team that manages over 50+ data pipelines in a key TDS Strategic Datastore.
