Job ResponsibilitiesLead the production team to consistently deliver the project schedule while identifying risks, found work, and dependencies before they impact the schedule. (25% of time)Partner with art, design, engineering, product and QA to establish, maintain, track and over communicate the schedule. (30% of time)Communicate current state of the project and schedule, as well as medium and long term development plans to team members, as well as assist in predicting issues and troubleshooting. (25% of time)Owns the daily stand ups, making sure daily project tracking catches all the work and dependencies. (20% of time)Critical Skills & Experience RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Management or related field (Required)Master’s in project Management (Preferred)Agile and Project Management methodologies: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Project Manager (CPM), Project Manager Professional (PMP), CompTIA Project+ (Required)Project Management or Associate Development Director on a cross functional game team (Required)Project Management or Associate Development Director on a game in live operations (Required)Advanced JIRA Skills (JQL)Confluence AdministrationImplement Agile Methodologies for Project Tracking (burn downs, burn ups, velocity planning)Ability to correlate project data to actual deliverables, making sure the tracking represents what is in game
