About the role
As the Technology Development Leader, Northern Europe, you will:
- Drive the strategy, delivery, and modernization of technology platforms across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, and Latvia.- Partner with business units to align technology with commercial goals and deliver innovative solutions for rapid regional growth.- Lead the modernization of platforms, streamline processes, and foster efficiency in delivery.Manage a significant technology portfolio, including strategy, budget, and stakeholder engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Technology Delivery: Oversee end-to-end technology functions for Northern Europe.Strategic Leadership: Define modernization strategies, manage risks, and ensure seamless platform upgrades without business disruption.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the link between the tech teams and business leaders, ensuring clarity and alignment on goals.Budget & Governance: Manage the domain budget, improve efficiency, and deliver within timelines.Continuous Improvement: Establish KPIs, SLAs, and drive measurable improvements.Team Development: Mentor teams to ensure successful implementation of projects.What We're Looking For10+ years of proven leadership in delivering complex, multi-country technology programs.Strong technical background, particularly with cloud platforms, microservices, and agile delivery practices.Exceptional project management, organization, and communication skills.Fluent in Swedish and English language.Why You’ll Love It HereCulture of Care: Enjoy volunteer days, wellness initiatives, and meaningful celebrations.Flexibility: Hybrid working model to fit your lifestyle.Comprehensive Benefits: Pension, insurance, and parental leave allowances.Exciting Growth: Be part of a future-ready company and our upcoming move to central Stockholm.
