We're looking for a driven Technology Implementation Manager to join our APAC Professional Service teams to support our OneSumX® Finance, Risk and Regulatory (FRR) solutions. You will act as the first point of contact within the implementation of OneSumX solutions for banking and financial services industry clients in the APAC Region.
This is a Permanent Full-Time position, to be based in Philippines (hybrid working arrangement, working from home 2-3 days per week). #LI-hybrid

About the Role
Planning: Working with clients and stakeholders to define the project's scope and goals, and creating a process to achieve them
Team management: Assembling and leading a team to meet client expectations
Budget management: Ensuring the project stays within budget
Issue and Risk management: Identifying and managing any issues and risks associated with the project
Communication: Communicating with stakeholders and team members
Project evaluation: Evaluating the project's performance
Quality management: Ensuring the project is delivered to the right standard
Change management: Dealing with any changes to the project as needed
Governance: Adhering to the company’s project management and governance framework
About You
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
Or bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Banking or Economics
10+ years’ overall experience
Relevant experience managing project implementations in the financial sector
Experience leading Project Steering Committee and Project Working Group Meetings
Good Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Demonstrated experience in customer facing roles
Fluency in English, written and oral
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Excellent client management and engagement skills
Responsible, methodical, and organised
High level of integrity and takes accountability
Assertive, being able to make expert decisions based on personal judgement
Ability to work independently while also being a good team player
Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
Full availability to travel within the Asia Pacific area
Highly regarded:
Experience in banking finance and accounting processes, Regulatory Reporting, General Ledger, IAS/IFRS, ALM, FTP, Basel, or any type of financial risk management
Experience in Data Warehousing and Data Integration (ETL) project implementations
Project Management Certifications (PMP, Prince 2)
Financial or Risk Management professional certification
Certinia Professional Services Automation (PSA) experience
