Manulife Technology Industrial Placement Program offers challenges to expedite your growth and develop your knowledge of digital technology through the 6-months on-the-job training and experience. Apart from work, we encourage prospective fellows to undergo continuous professional development. High performing interns will be fast tracked for a full-time position after graduation.
**On the job you** **will:**
**Cloud Service** **Development**
+ Support the setup and configuration of cloud services using a variety of configuration management tools.
+ Collaborate with other teams on-boarding to the cloud infrastructure.
+ Participate in the development tasks aimed at integrating cloud services.
+ Assist in preparing test automation scripts and setting up corresponding pipelines.
+ Supporting in various administrative tasks in different IT operation activities
**IT Business** **Analyst**
+ Builds, codes, tests, and maintains high-quality software in compliance with specifications and standards.
+ Participates in and promotes Agile principles and methodology, actively engaging in Agile sprints and ceremonies.
+ Translates user requirements into clear and concise software requirements.
+ Designs, develops, tests, delivers, maintains, and improves business applications as a member of a team. The candidate works across the full stack through the entire software development lifecycle.
+ Applies creative problem-solving skills to bring software designs to life.
+ Ensures the completion of any required documentation, such as deployment instructions, maintenance guidelines, support requirements, and business needs

**Global Wealth and Asset Management Technology - Software** **Development**
+ Work in an Agile Scrum development team on design, develop software applications
+ Attend and assist in daily standup meetings and agile ceremonies
+ Contributing to development of user stories and task
