Job Details: 

Experience in Telecom Domain  At least 10 years of experience in software development life cycle.  At least 10 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements. At least 8 years of experience in C++, Java/J2EE and Javascript is must. At least 7 years of implementation experience in Oracle PL/SQL and hands-on experience in Unix shell scripting Oracle server administration is highly desired Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools Strong implementation knowledge in PL/SQL, Performance tuning and optimization are must. Position is at Calverton, MD and short term travel to Silver Spring MD is required.
