Description Position at SBM Management

SBM Management is searching for a dynamic Technology Lead! Will act as a hands-on technology lead in software development. Will spend most of the time writing code, spending the rest of the time on front end architecture, software quality, DevOps, and mentoring junior developers.     Responsibilities            As an individual contributor: create, test, and deploy features to the software platform Provide mentorship in software development and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to developers junior to this position Identify issues in the SDLC and provide solutions to engineering management Drive software design and front-end architecture discussions Conduct code reviews as a part of the SDLC Participate in DevOps discussions involving overall performance as it relates to the software deployed on the cloud infrastructure Participate in Product reviews, backlog grooming, sprint grooming. Act as a technical lead for these discussions Conduct discussions with other software developers on improving efficiency in the SDLC Participate in scrum of scrum discussions, acting as a technical lead Recommend and oversee the implementation of software design best practices, ensuring consistency across all software developers Participate in discussions with senior management, acting as a liaison to the software developers Partner with other technical leads and software architects to maintain and improve the SDLC Participate in recruiting efforts as needed Qualifications            Associates degree or technical certification in software development. 2-4 years in a software development group acting as a software developer.  May be required to have a valid driver’s license.Experience in Typescript, React, Python, Django, AWS, and PostgreSQL. Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 per year            Shift: Full time                 SBM Management Services, LP and its affiliates are proud to be equal opportunity workplaces.
