Technology Lifecycle Management - Product Senior Manager

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Senior Manager to lead a team of Product owners and enablement teams to transform how Secure SDLC and compliance is managed in Wells Fargo and build a product organization around that.


In this role, you will:

Manage and develop teams of digital professionals, supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional areaEngage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomesIdentify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line and may have impact beyond the business lineDetermine appropriate strategy and actions of the team to meet moderate to high risk deliverablesInterpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibilityCollaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managersInteract directly with external customersManage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business groupDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:

6+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years of management experienceUnderstanding of SDLC controls and compliance preferably in a financial organization.


Desired Qualifications:

Understanding of Software development lifecycle in large organizationsControls and compliance experience and understanding in large financial organizationsAnalytical ability to understand the existing controls and be able to simplify and redefine those.Focus on developer experience while designing these controls


 

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
