Technology Manager 3
The Technology Manager 3 brings a broad knowledge of technical and business principles to help Asurion LATAM reach its objectives, by
working closely with internal and external technology teams and business peers to understand business goals and translate them into
solutions, while actively participating in all aspects of project delivery with high cross-functional impact.

Reporting directly to the Technical Solutions Director for LATAM, the Technology Manager 3 will be responsible for developing delivery
plans and risk mitigation strategies for his project assignments, while also overseeing production support once projects are live. The ideal
candidate is both a business-oriented and technically minded self-starter who can work well under pressure with various support teams
and without close supervision, balancing competing priorities in a fun and results-oriented work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Evaluates business needs and objectives, operational procedures, existing problems, input and output requirements and proposes new processes to optimize LATAM operations.Gathers, analyzes, and reports data to identify issues, trends, and propose solutions.Provides technical, business, and Asurion expertise in developing processes and procedures, both as part of new projects and ongoing activities, including production support for existing LATAM clients, initially focused on Mexico but eventually supporting other countries as well.Works closely with Mexico leadership, clients, and business/operational teams to capture functional requirements and translate into IT solutions.Coordinates, and implements plans to test/validate business and functional processes.Effectively communicates the feasibility of requested deliverables and timelines to the technology leadership team and project stakeholders.Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the business community, vendors, clients, and coworkers across the region.

Fluency in English and Spanish is a must-haveProactive, with the ability to drive results without close supervision.Great interpersonal skills to thrive in a multicultural environment, working with stakeholders both in person and remotelyDemonstrated ability to multi-task and manage concurrent projects.BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent degree.4 or more years of experience working as a Sr. Analyst or Manager is preferred.Demonstrated ability to turn requirements into IT solutions and drive results.Experience in client-facing roles related to IT, engineering and/or enterprise architecture.Experience in writing and running SQL queries to extract and analyze data.Basic knowledge of network protocols like TCP/IP, HTTP and FTP and network architecture in general.Having had exposure to AI-based tools for optimizing work processes will be a plus.Proficient understanding of SDLC processes; Agile methodologies preferred.Telecom/Wireless industry experience is highly desirable.Insurance industry experience will be a plus.
