Position
The Technology Mechanic is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for spearheading new technology initiatives and showcasing our cutting-edge solutions to customers at MDLC.
As a Technology Mechanic you will provide first-line support, coordinates services, resolve problems, and make recommendations on selected products and services. You will be responsible for equipping the Malaga Demonstration and Learning Center (MDLC) fleet with the latest Caterpillar technologies, ensuring technologies are updated and maintained in perfect working condition for events and training programs. Additionally, you will handle customer service inquiries, analyze technical data, and monitor the health status of key products to determine necessary actions.

Requirements
Engineering Degree preferred with mechanical experience or extensive experience as mechanic on Construction / Mining equipmentExperience on latest fleet technologyLanguage Skills: fluent in English and SpanishWhat Skills will you have

Level Working Knowledge:
Consulting: Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply consulting knowledge appropriately.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
