About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Operations Associate

In this role, you will:

Participate in and support implementation of business solutionsDetermine the impact of changes made to existing hardware, software, and schedulesReview tactical issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtainedPerform daily validations of application by performing critical functional checks to ensure that its stable for business usersMonitor all the scheduled batch jobs and work on fixing in case of failuresAudit complex critical systems delivery for business processesDetermine the impact of new products and tools implementation across the business and mitigates potential issuesReduce the impact of application and infrastructure failures on business deliveryPresent recommendations for resolving more complex situationsProvide technology information managers, functional colleagues and stakeholders


Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

5 years technical support or directly related experience working in a similar technical environment3-5 years of Technical/Desktop Support experience within a busy, high volume call environmentProven track record in a desktop technical support environmentStrong communication skills; Excellent English (Written and spoken)Strong customer service, analytical, and problem resolution skills.Is understanding of and sympathetic to client requirementsEnterprises Mobility implementation and troubleshooting (iPhone, iPad’s and Blackberry devices)Basic understanding of Virtual DesktopExperience performing remote supportITIL/HDI Training/Certification2 year degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience4 year degree preferred
