The Technology Planning & Execution - Senior Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the project management resources for the Technology Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, as well as a proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects.

Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for 2 days of remote work (Monday and Friday), with 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) every week.

This role will work the required onsite days at our Equifax office in Alpharetta.

Sponsorship is not available for this position.

This is a direct-hire role and it is not open to C2C or third-party vendors. 

What you will do 

Drive and enable the performance of leaders on team, providing coaching, development and mentoring to ensure their successful leadership of the managers. 

Set clear expectations for effective talent management and hold subordinate managers accountable for goal-setting, honest employee evaluations, and the incorporation of actionable development plans. 

Creates challenging assignments to broaden skills within multiple product teams to ensure function is able to meet short-term talent needs.

Foster the Equifax Values and the values of our organization.

Manages the development and implementation of the tactical operational plans that align with business objectives.

Identifies and initiates efforts to achieve objectives, influencing others to accept accountability for meeting or stretching to exceed results in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Ensures accountability for full ownership across the team to achieve goals.

Develops and implements corporate and business level strategies, ensuring everyone understands the strategy and knows how to deliver it.

Promote and evangelize Agile across the organization.

Manage operational reporting for alliance (examples:  Alliance scorecards, OKR reporting, compliance reports, audits, delivery updates, time reports, etc.)

Facilitate cross alliance and alliance level risks and issues.

Manage budget and planning efforts for the alliance.

Support Alliance Leader with executive reporting and communications.
 

What experience you will need 

Results-oriented professional with 10-15 years of program, PMO, or portfolio management experience.

Drive and manage the performance of the team, providing coaching and direction to the team and delivering results through the work of the team.  

Experience as senior executive-level, planning and delivery lead in national or global companies leveraging cloud technology, products and data to achieve revenue goals.

Experience communicating issues, risks and progress to C-level leadership.

Experience managing a portfolio of consumer-focused product initiatives that meet consumer demands aligned to executive product leadership strategy.

Successfully built, managed and developed talent pipeline and identified skills and performance gaps while sustaining high performing teams; succession strategy. 

Led an organization or department through significant change while accountable for communicating change, addressing uncertainty and realigning systems and KPIs.

Knowledge of Smartsheet, Aha, and Jira.

Experience with data center build outs.

Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred.
