Technology Program Manager
Job Title: Technology Program Manager Location: Hybrid Role Certifications: PMP The Program Manager will provide support of the IRS IDRS and BTA Modernization effort which encompasses management, controls, and oversight of the IDRS and BTA Modernization Initiative. The Program Manager shall support IRS staff to include, but is not limited to, the following activities: + Support required for execution of the IDRS/BTA Modernization Initiative for AD. Specifically, the decomposition IDRS modernization possibilities. + Provide support in the development of the Program Roadmap + Project Management activities, i.e., build/maintain IMS schedules, coordinate/facilitate stakeholder and IT partner meetings and manage associated actions, produce program and executive messaging/presentations. + Support legislative program leadership to consolidate and analyze system/project schedules, status, progress, risks/issues/concerns, decisions, accomplishments, and next steps for AD and cross- IT ACIO/Executive awareness or escalation. + Support planning and reporting of system/project schedules, status, progress, risks/issues/concerns, decisions, accomplishments, and next steps to Program Management Reporting tools. + Drive communication and stakeholder engagement in support of all elements IDRS Modernization (employee engagement, change management, deployment, etc.) + Analyze, develop, and update the relevant project management and technical documents as needed to ensure risk and dependency awareness. + Develop Technical integration to create unified understanding, documentation, presentations and validate AD incorporation of architecture between the business and IT. + Status reports outlining the hours spent per deliverables and will ensure the reports specify the breakout of hours per labor categories, to include program burn rates for monitoring actual vs planned effort. + The analysis, technical support and recommendations provided will be used to develop the IDRS modernization solutions.
