Job Title: Technology Project Manager
Job Description

A growing and leading engineering firm is seeking a Technology Designer for upcoming commercial, government, and educational projects in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have around 5+ years of experience in commercial, government, and educational projects.

ResponsibilitiesInteract with clients and other disciplines.Utilize AutoCAD or Revit for planning and designing various integrated systems in the technology sector including outside plant cabling, structured cabling, wireless networks, access control, surveillance, and intrusion systems.Maintain client relationships and coordinate with project managers.Prepare Division 27 and 28 technical specifications.Research technical product information.Conduct and/or delegate job site inspections to determine existing conditions and the extent of progress made by contractors.Design, coordinate, and engineer systems per discipline (telecom, security, network, audiovisual, acoustics, Wi-Fi, etc.).Prepare drawings, specifications, contract documents, and design calculations utilizing Revit and AutoCAD.Provide support to the team, develop tools, improve processes, and share technical knowledge.Attend and contribute to internal team, discipline, and project meetings.Work on projects for continuous improvement of the firm and design practice.Perform other work-related duties as assigned.Essential Skills5+ years of experience within the technology/telecom space.Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD.T/PE License or demonstrated progress toward these goals.CTS (AVIXA), APP (ASIS), or other relevant certifications.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with telecommunications systems and security systems.Work Environment

This role will start with 2+ days in the office and 3+ remote days. As you stay longer with the team, there will be more opportunities for remote work. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
