Job Description:
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
As the Training Lead within the AT&T Technology Risk team, you will be responsible for defining how AT&T Technology Risk training enhances the risk management capability throughout the organization. Increasing levels of regulatory requirements demand additional risk management rigor, and we must implement highly resilient, reliable, and effective solutions that meet and in some cases exceed performance standards found in other information rich industries.
Reporting to the Director of Technology Risk Business and Program Office, you will determine training methodology and work with stakeholders across Technology Risk to develop and deliver an optimal mix of communications, education and training. You will ensure internal stakeholders have sufficient awareness and competency in risk management methodologies, processes, technology, and reporting capabilities to enable effective insight and management of technology risks as well as provide senior leadership with actionable visibility to heightened residual risks. This is not a supervisory position.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Tech Risk Training Program, including:
Needs Analysis
Instructional Design
Training Development
Training Vendor Management
Template Development and Maintenance
Train the Trainer
Education/Training Evaluation
Communications
Act as Tech Risk Training SME – defining communication, training and documentation expectations.
Support Tech Risk teams regarding tech risk competency assessments (communications, process, results, etc.).
Develop strong relationships and interact with CSO, Tech Risk and Technology Services teams to coordinate activities.
Qualifications
5+ years of work experience in technology, operational risk management, or a related discipline at a global company
5+ years of work experience in risk, control and governance disciplines (e.g. Risk Management, Audit, Information Security, Regulatory Compliance)
5+ years of work experience designing, developing, and implementing tech risk training programs, including:
Risk documentation expectations
CMMI Maturity assessments
Risk assessment processes
GRC solutions design, configuration, and administration
Strongly-rated skills in:
Documentation and communications creation.
Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation.
Training Delivery.
Problem solving and program execution.
Knowledge of information and technology risk management policies, methods, standards, frameworks, tools, and processes (e.g. COBIT, NIST, ITIL) as well as knowledge of compliance, legal, internal / external audit & regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, PCI)
Effective at navigating large corporations and governance structures.
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to high performing teams.
Related BS or advanced degree preferred.
Background/Experience in Cybersecurity and/or SOX preferred.
Our Technology Risk Training Lead, earns between $128,400.00-$192,600.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
