Technology Sales Leader, Consulting   

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Real Estate leader with deep client experience in the Technology sector to join our Consulting team. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding JLL’s thought leadership in the sector. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Formulate and execute industry sales strategies, including identifying and prioritizing key clients and accounts in the Americas region. 

Achieve sales target of $4,000,000 USD. 

Establish deep relationships with client stakeholders with the pursuit of helping our clients solve their most complex problems.  

Foster and maintain relationships across JLL to drive client sales and engagements in an integrated manner. 

Continuously develop deep Technology business expertise and translate consulting capabilities into offerings that address sector-specific challenges. 

Support the development of key account plans and sales strategies within the region. 

Collaborate with Consulting and Research colleagues across regions to create industry-specific thought leadership content and represent JLL at industry events and conferences. 

Identify and recommend consulting needs and investments to support the industry, including time, resources, and budget allocations. 

Objectives: 

Identify and develop new leads and opportunities (80% of time). 

Deliver industry insights and thought leadership to clients in the region (20% of time). 

Support the conversion of opportunities into contracted and billable work. 

Drive knowledge exchange and best practices within the industry sector community. 

Qualifications: 

Extensive experience in real estate advisory, with a focus on Technology industry 

Strong sales track record 

Executive presence, experience working with senior clients at global organizations 

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills 

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities 

Proven track record in sales strategy and business development 

Demonstrated ability to create impactful thought leadership content 

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field preferred  

15+ years of relevant experience in technology consulting or industry roles 

Estimated total compensation for this position:

250,000.00 – 350,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
