DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Lead and contribute to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) scoping, risk assessment, walkthrough, testing, and documentation efforts in support of the company’s SOX compliancePerform IT audits of IT processes, systems, and applications, in accordance with the Internal Audit annual audit plan and audit methodology· Identify and assess IT risks and controls and provide recommendations for improvementPrepare clear and concise audit workpapers, reports, and findings, and communicate them to the Senior Manager Technology Internal Audit and other stakeholdersFollow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and monitor the effectiveness of remediation actionsStay current on the latest IT trends, technologies, developments, and regulations, and provide input on the impact and implications for the organizationSupport the Senior Manager Technology Internal Audit in developing and maintaining the IT audit universe, risk assessment, and audit planCollaborate with other internal auditors and external auditors, as neededQUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldA minimum of two years of experience in IT auditing, preferably in a large and complex organizationKnowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley, IT General Controls, and IT and control frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, and COSOAbility to travel up to 25% of the timePreferred:
Ability to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency with Microsoft Office productivity software including ExcelStrong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience with Sarbanes-Oxley testing and reportingExperience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow, JiraExperience with data analytics and automation technologies such as Python, SQL, Power BI, etc.Experience with Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI)Experience with Robotics Process Automation (RPA) technologiesQuestioning if you meet the mark?
