The Production Services Specialist is responsible for ensuring availability and reliability of assigned production applications within a line of business (LOBs) of Compliance. To perform this function, the resource will have to perform daily tasks assigned by the Production Support Lead.

7+ years of experience in one or a combination of product and Data Technology3+ years of experience in finance surveillance space either in production support role or development5+ years of experience in Informatica, Unix and job monitoring Industry Reporting toolsets including Tableau, ETL Apteryx, PL/SQL & Experience developing reports with large data volumesUnderstanding of Actimize tool used for data modelingExperience creating reporting that provides management-level insight into key data points, including the design of reporting controls and data flowsBachelor's Degree in related fieldDesired Qualifications:
ITIL Process KnowledgeExcellent verbal and written communicationWilling to be flexible sometimes with providing stand-by out of hours support on rotational basis for production system (as needed)Good understanding of financial/banking industryCreative and strong problem solving skillsAbility to operate in high-pressure situationsResults oriented, and must be able to effectively interact with Senior Management and Business PartnersAbility to troubleshoot issues and perform RCA at a short intervalAbility to think out of box and provide innovative solutionsWork independently and take up ownership of tasksSkills:
