Scope of Work:

 

With general guidance and coaching, you will participate in design, development and implementation of specific new and emerging technologies, platforms and services. You will assist in the assessment of technical viability of new products and technologies. You will work with developers and infrastructure specialists to pilot and evaluate new technologies. You will participate in the development of business cases and obtaining approvals for capital expenditures. You must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Significant creativity is required. A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

 

Department Requirements:

·      The Test Lead/coordinator will lead a test team of 8-10 testing resources and have a deep understanding of the Full Lifecycle Testing Methodology.

·      Experience in Testing Methodology and applying best in class practices

·      Experience in producing high quality test work products, such as a Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Traceability Matrices, Test Summary Reports and other key testing deliverables

·      Experience successfully creating and tracking financial and resource plans as a detailed level. Planning and estimating resources.

·      Must have the ability to communicate at multiple levels of management, within both the client and company teams

·      Experience with providing testing services in the Health Care

·      In-depth knowledge of health care product setup, benefits, membership, claim systems

·      Experience in coordinating testing across organization and working with testing partners

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Experience in doing QR’s and providing feedback

 

Required:

·      Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or related field

·      8 years and more experience as a Test Lead/Coordinator

·      At least five years of experience in Test Strategy

·      At least five years of experience in Test Planning

·      At least five years of experience in Test Design

·      At least five years of experience in Test Execution

·      At least 5 years of experience in Defect Management

·      At least 5 years of experience in Test Metrics

·      At least 5 years of experience in Manual Testing
