Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Reporting to and closely collaborating with the Associate Vice President of Continuum of Care Technology, the Technology Analyst will support the development and delivery of strategy and initiatives across several workstreams. This will include technology projects focused on improving clinician and patient experience at key transition points in healthcare delivery (the continuum of care) and delivering lower cost, higher quality care across multiple settings. This individual will assist Directors and Managers on the team to organize, document and communicate work efforts from planning through completion. The Analyst will also help to coordinate and communicate across other internal teams and functions, following processes and building relationships with key stakeholders. Success will be measured by the speed at which we complete projects and deliver expected outcomes, along with feedback from internal and external stakeholders. **Responsibilities:** ● Takes responsibility for the successful execution of all assigned tasks and projects, including development and execution of work plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. ● Uses strong organizational skills and project management best practices to manage multiple simultaneous responsibilities and tasks. Actively works on projects and communications. ● Analyzes complex information and processes, capable of documenting processes using flowcharts and quantitative analysis, and able to identify and recommend improvement opportunities. ● Comfortable with financial and operational data, able to interpret and communicate plans and outcomes using data and metrics, able to interpret common financial statements. ● Initiates and participates in business analysis and development of business requirements to ensure clearly defined projects. ● Other duties as assigned. **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. **Additional Preferences** + Masters Degree with Healthcare focus preferred + 2-5 years experience in healthcare project/program management, clinical/businessoperations/administration, or technology + Healthcare technology exposure/experience preferred + Must be proficient in the use of Google Suite of Microsoft Office collaboration tools, as well asspecific programs such as PowerPoint/Slides, Excel/Sheets and Docs/Word. + Must have strong public speaking and presentation skills, and be comfortable on speaking oncamera in virtual settings and within large group meetings + Strong organizational skills, able to develop internal structures and systems to store, track anddistribute documents and reports **Why Join Our Team** When you join Ascension, you join a team of over 134,000 individuals across the country committed to a Mission of serving others and providing compassionate, personalized care to all.
