We do all of this in a supportive, collaborative environment where you can grow your career in a way that fits into your life. **How can you make an impact?** The **Technology Specialist** provides support for digital authoring tools to internal and external team members, including developing best practices; completing user testing, creating documentation; and troubleshooting issues. **This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.** **What you will be doing:** + Serve as the production owner for assessment authoring tools, including EZ Test, Muzzy Lane, GASPAR, Internal Admin, and Paris Tools; responsibilities include UAT, creating production-specific documentation, vendor training, customer and internal team support, and troubleshooting tool issues. + Develop and manage a production roadmap for authoring tools, collaborating with DPG to scope and plan production needs. + Lead key projects using a full-service model, incorporating project planning (scope, schedule, resources, budget, risk, and quality) to ensure successful product execution and alignment with course and program goals. + Communicate with stakeholders, maintain data integrity across systems, provide project status updates, and resolve customer and internal support tickets. + Participate in cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, improve processes, and pilot new digital tools for content creation. **We are looking for someone with…** + Bachelor’s degree required, with 3–5 years of project management experience, including digital content production. + Strong organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. + Excellent communication skills, with experience providing training, technical support, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues. + Proven adaptability and technical competence, with experience using proprietary digital tools to build content; proficiency in Habitat, Smartsheet, Jira, HTML, and AWS Cloud is a plus. + Demonstrated decision-making skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving and delivering effective solutions under tight deadlines. **Why work for us?** At McGraw-Hill, we leverage cutting-edge technology to create innovative learning solutions that support learners at all stages of their educational journey.
